Chair Yoga
Unity Atlanta Church on Mondays at 10am!
Chair yoga classes are a gentle form of yoga that can be practiced while seated in a chair or using the chair for support while standing. This type of class focuses on basic yoga poses, stretching, and breathing exercises, making it accessible to individuals of all fitness levels, including beginners and those with physical limitations or injuries.
Overall, chair yoga classes offer a safe and inclusive way to experience the benefits of yoga, making it accessible to all.
We partner with schools to offer after school yoga clubs that build strength, focus, and emotional regulation through movement and breath. Whether you’re a parent ready to register, or a school interested in bringing yoga to your campus, you’re in the right place. These small groups are capped at 16 kids per class to ensure consistency and connection after the school day ends.
At Bella Asana Yoga we offer a variety of services. From Private Yoga classes to group events, we have you covered.
